Kathy was really helpful and explained a lot of technical and legal terms in NC real estate that are very different from where I lived in TX. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone! She is truly honest, very knowledgeable, and savvy to the pros and cons of Wilmington real estate.

Kathy Greer went above and beyond to get a short sale on our house. She has expertise not only on general selling of a home but also in short sales and foreclosures. Without this expertise, our home would have gone into foreclosure. All during the lengthy process of obtaining a short sale, Kathy submitted and re-submitted paperwork, worked with the buyers’ agent and us to make sure things were done for the house close on time, and did everything and more from offering local people who help clean and mow to talking with the mortgage company to ensuring my ex-husband had the needed packers and movers as it was a tight schedule. Divorce is hard enough but we had the added stress of also having to sell our home of many years.
